Before starting up every day, check if the compressed air pressure meets the usage requirements. Check if the liquid material in the tank is sufficient, and set the amount of resin and curing agent to be added according to the process. Persist in conducting quantitative testing of resin and curing agent and cleaning of pumps at least once a week. Persist in cleaning the sand mixing tank every day, checking the angle and distance of the sand mixing blades, and whether the distance of the sand mixing tank lining meets the specification requirements. When the sand mixing tank lining and sand mixing blades are excessively worn (such as when scattered non hardening spots are found on the surface of the sand mold or core), notify maintenance personnel for maintenance and timely replacement. After each cleaning is completed, release agent should be applied to the inner wall of the sand mixing tank, as well as to the cutter bar and blades. Check the dust collector after work and remove the accumulated dust in the dust collector.
